Music is playing throughout the school today! We had an assembly where Utah Opera came in and performed for the students. As you can see, they loved it and had wonderful questions to ask the performers.





Meet Maddi! She works in our LIFE Program and is working toward her special education degree. Maddi shows she has what it takes to help students thrive.

Meet Connie! She works in the LIFE Program and is a veteran para. Connie loves her job and watching students grow.

Meet Amber! She works in our LIFE Program, bringing personal experience and understanding. Amber treats everyone with respect and dignity.

Meet Brianna! She works in Preschool and is a dedicated para. Brianna works hard to help students grow and gain independence.

Meet Brenda! She’s in our LIFE Program, working with students for a long time. Brenda has a special place in her heart for those she helps.

Meet Lindsey! She’s a LIFE Program Teacher in the red group. Lindsey’s infectious attitude and excitement help students believe in their dreams.

Meet Anne! She’s in the LIFE Program and has worked in several programs. Anne is here for the needs of students, whatever they may be.

Meet Holley! He’s a LIFE Program Teacher driven to support all. Holley is always there to help when needed.

Meet Bonnie! She works in the LIFE Program and always wants to make a difference. Bonnie goes above and beyond, supporting our Elementary program too.

We have our 2nd Parent Night at Canyon View on March 25th. The topic of discussion will be Vocational Rehabilitation (VR - Voc Rehab). This specific part of workforce services helps teenage to adult age students gain and maintain meaningful employment. Please come and learn more about how to help your child if they are in high school and have a current IEP or 504.

Happy Valentines Day! Elementary had a great time learning to work together and building good friendships.




PIE in your Face! The students loved watching a few choice teachers have a pie thrown in their face. This was earned by the school for their effort in earning more tickets by showing Navigator Pride - being safe, being respectful, and being responsible.




We were able to participate in the WSD Unified Basketball Tournament over at Roy High School. As you can tell by the pictures, students and staff loved to participate and the energy that an event like this brings is infectious. Thank you family and friends for supporting too!










Meet Tracey! She works in the LIFE Program and always follows the group’s lead, helping students meet expectations in independent living, employment, or furthering education.

Meet Jessie! She works in the LIFE Program and is a great listener. Jessie helps students master new skills by following her teachers’ guidance.
